Krikor Kouyoumdjian
Krikor Kouyoumdjian, born and raised in Los Angeles, has always been passionate about advocating for the rights of individuals and his community. While attending UCLA Law, Krikor served as a law clerk in the Federal Public Defender Capital Trial Unit, as well as the County
Public Defender for Burbank, Compton, and Van Nuys.
Upon graduating, Krikor worked representing both individual plaintiffs and large classes of workers in a variety of suits including wage and hour violations, employment rights, civil rights, and whistleblower claims. Krikor then worked as a clerk for the Honorable Richard L. Fruin of the Los Angeles Superior Court, an independent calendar court which handled cases ranging from individual personal injury to international corporate fraud.
Krikor is passionate about serving his community outside his work as an attorney and has worked as a debate coach since he graduated from high school.
In 2012 Krikor founded the debate program at the Center for Early Education. He continues to lead the team and hopes to train the next generation of advocates.
